From July 6 to 10, 2025, the tenth edition of Euroboron was held in Łódź, Poland. Since 1997, this prestigious international event has been a point of reference for the scientific community involved in boron chemistry.
Prof. Luigi Panza, professor of Organic Chemistry at the University of Eastern Piedmont and scientific director of the Transboro project, was the keynote speaker at the opening of the conference.
In his speech, Prof. Panza provided an in-depth overview of the applications of boron chemistry in complex structures obtained from natural substances such as amino acids and carbohydrates, with a particular focus on BNCT (Boron Neutron Capture Therapy), the core of the Transboro project's research activities.
Participation in Euroboron 10 represented an important opportunity for Transboro to raise its profile and allowed for further discussion with international experts, strengthening the network of collaborations and confirming the relevance of the research underway in the context of innovative boron-based therapies.
